Ballerinas

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Some people say – ‘Yes they are there.’ Some object and argue – ‘Yes, they were there. But now they are rare.’ I asked who saw them – ‘where you had seen them?’ And quickly they replied –‘Yamuna’. I went on searching and searching to know whether they still love Delhi weather. They love to camp at the muddy banks of Yamuna near Okhla barrage? I was unfortunate till last February, when one Saturday during my morning walk near the sluice gate I saw them. They are the Greater Flamingos, standing tall on slim long legs. They are the natural lovely ballerinas. |
