This horizontal image notion of your is working very well...I was looking through your gallery on another net location and saw a guitar...what kind? Taking images of folks who play guitar also works well in this format. You have a good right brain where you see geometrically very well! Nice show and you have a good neighbor in Luis as well.

Your dragonflies never cease to amaze me. A wonderful macro and a beautifully composed picture. In this shot we can see every detail perfectly - from end to end and top to botttom. The legs on the leaf are as clear as can be. Beautiful colors and I love the horizontal pov.

A fine capture from a viewpoint parpendicular to the long axis of the "damsel" Fartash, guaranteing sharp focus from eyes to the abdomen tip, and all perfectly illuminated by the fill-in against the darkish BG. Colour rendering is very good too, TFS and cheers,

Mmm, I suppose it is my lesson, but thanks anyway.

About this macro, to sum it up in one single word I would say SUPERB. Both the original and large versions are brilliant. Magnificent details of the damselfly and the colours are so rich yet still very true to nature. The POV is fabulous with this little insect looking like it might be holding on for dear life in a very strong wind.
