Bonjour Fartash

Très belle prise de vue en macro sur cette jolie libellule.Belle composition, les couleurs les détails tout est réussi.Très joli BG
Bravo et au revoir....JP

Well at least we are the only ones who can understand the name... cannibalism.. I am sure it is common in more than these insects...sounds bad calling them that...ahhh well..Nice capture and glad to see you back my good friend. I was just today going through my CD's and am now at this point playing a couple you sent me! How coincidental!?

Hi Fartash,

I never knew Damselflies engaged in cannibalism. Amazing what I learn on TN. A wonderful shot showing this fact of nature. Colors and details are excellent.

Hello Fartash, This is very nice shot. I can see something in his mouth. Seem to be some insect. Excellent shot. Ganesh

I like the horizontal crop. It really adds to the photo. Great shot - interesting subject. Great colors here. Good dof and I like the straight-on pov.

Hello Fartash,
Very nice macro of a male Ischnura elegans busy with its prey, the remains of another damselfly.
The sharpness, lighting, POV and composition are all excellent and the dark BG provided by the flash is just right to show it up without the 'night-time' effect.
TFS this beauty, Ivan

Hi Fartash,
Hey, I'm missing that LP already mf :)
This comp would've worked well in the LP format, but as a standard view here in the gallery..a bit too much space front IMO.
As I said, I would've loved to see the "cannibal" action up close in the LP format. Still a great post from what I can see here.
TFS!
Howard
