And the master has done it again - turning a Robberfly into a masterpiece. Fantastic close-up with the most magnificent details of the entire Robberfly. The eye is amazing - the whole body is razor sharp and even the legs are perfect. Wonderful pose, superb diagonal composition and a lovely study in browns and beiges.

Another predatory insect, a very nice profile image of robber fly. Sitting on the tree this specimen is almost perfectly camouflaged. Bravo for very good quality photo my Friend!
