| I spotted this spider (I will be glad if anyone can provide the id) in a bird sanctuary. This martial arts type pose was taken by the spider during weaving silk, which it seemed it was using to go from one branch to another. I think the spider is so brightly coloured to ward of potential predators ... to whome bright colours may mean the spider is poisonous or of terribly bad taste. |

Hi Victor.
Perfectly composed close-up picture of a cute spider and nice scene at whole. Unfortunately I do not know anything about this species. However I like the picture so much. Image of the insect is coloured and detailed very well. DOF is selected excellently and BG in its smoothness and colorfulness is wonderful too. My compliments and TFS.
