Swati, I like this picture very much.
You have used the correct technique of making the flowing water look like a beautiful white cascade by choosing appropriate camera settings, especially the shutter speed.
We require a tripod for such a picture and if this is a hand-held shot, then you have very steady hands.
The contrast between the dark rocks and white water is the beauty of this capture.

nice capture, the slow shutter speed makes the flow of water looks so beautiful here, you should have used the tripod for even better results, i know what it takes to reach to such loactions, well tried,
