Hi all,
I had been to butterfly park with my friends few days back.Had a nice time taking pictures of butterflies in that one of them is this shot of a common mormon.
The Common Mormon Papilio polytes is a common species of swallowtail butterfly widely distributed across Asia. This butterfly is known for the mimicry displayed by the numerous forms of its females which mimic inedible Red-bodied Swallowtails, such as the Common Rose and the Crimson Rose
Cheers,

Hello Anil
A wonderful open wing capture of this beautiful Common Mormon.
The texture in the wings shows well.
The dark butterfly is accented nicely by the bright pink flower.
Good focus and DOF.

Hello Anil, This is a nice view and a perfect shot. But not seem to be a crisp and clear one. Slightly soft. Seem to be. Ganesh

The good exposure brings out the details in the wings very well, but a little more sharpening and contrast would improve this photo greatly. You might also try cloning out some of the white area at the top. Gary
Ciao Anil, fantastic butterfly with wonderful details and excellent sharpness, very well done, ciao Silvio
