Peablue (Lampides boeticus)

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi all,
This is Peablue (Lampides boeticus) shot in Lalbaugh botanical garden's in Bangalore. Since this guy was in a shade, I used fill in flash to get this picture.
This is also known as long-tailed Blue and it can be found in Europe, Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and Australia and Lycaenids or Blues family.
What strikes me the most is that these cute gems can also be found during winter and in abundance in grass lands.

Hello Goutham,
Excellent sharp capture of this beautifl little butterfly. I love its pose on the leaf and details are very sharp showing the lovely markings and colours very clearly. A fine composition too.

Goutham, Beautiful shot and I think the frame could have been shifted little in the center for the subject. Superb details. Ganesh
Hi Goutham,
A nice capture of this beautiful peablue. Superb sharp details and a lovely composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.
I do like the different approach to the subject, leaving it offset like this close to the edge. Very nice use of the empty space which is now drawing my eye down and to the right...a working photo!
