Lepidoptera / Papilionidae / Papilio / demoleus.
Common name - Lemon Butterfly, Checkered Swallowtail.
This beauty wafted in yesterday morning while I was looking at some plants. I rushed in to get my camera and luckily it was still on the same leaf as if waiting for me.... and provided me some decent shots, one of which I felt was worthy enough to share with my TN friends. Hope you like it. |

Hi Dinu,
Nice photo, the butterfly is sharp and clear but your BG is lined and pixelled. I love the colours in your photo especially the colurs captured on the wing of the butterfly.
