2 cm is a very tiny frog,but then,most of our native New Zealand tree frogs aren't much bigger.
A beautiful little creature.

Superb macro! While I cant tell you the species, I believe it is a bush frog of the genus philautus. For all you know it might be an undescribed species and quite likely endemic to the Western Ghats.
