This was shot at Omkar hills and these are the kind of pictures that I would like to experiment.

The Lighting conditions were bit tricky on that day it was diffused lighting and partly cloudy.. to bring out the colors and compensate for the lack of light i used a fill In flash

Happy Clicking,
Goutham R

Hi Goutham. Some times it pays to experiment as so this time. You have worked well with the low light. which has given fine detail and natural colours. The Grass Hopper stands out well from the plain Bg. well done TFS.
Nick..

I can't say something stupid like this is so beautiful, or anything else, 'Na.
This is what it is, and for a macro, is superb and simply outstanding...
Very well done!
Goldy
PS: You asked me about my '3s theory' of elephants, Ramesh'na...
Well, it's more of an observation, I find elephants in small groups of 3s (siblings of different ages and the mother) and this takes it up further so that most herds are in multiples of three...
As I said its just an observation...

Stunning work Goutham.
This is the kind of image I aspire towards.
Perfect sharpness and detail,awesome colour.
An excellent image!
Cheers & TFS
Steve
