Blue and Red seem to go well above each other HP! How lucky can we both be today...Now all we need is a white one above us and we shall have a 4th of July celebration with your lovely flora.

You know there are movie characters and songs called desert rose.....it has a romantic and charming sound to it...and you certainly did it justice for it's name by giving it the super start quality in the photo!

The colour combination in this photo is gorgeous. It are the ideal BG colours to give the best contrast. The composition does the rest. Great sharpness. Very, very beautiful!

A fine colourful flower, well captured with fine sharpness from a POV that displays this Desert rose well. I guess these are also garden or park wscapes into the wild in India too.

Hi Haraprasan,

A very pretty flower - I would not have guessed "rose" would be in its name. Not sure why it's called a Desert Rose either if it is native to the tropics. We sure don't have anything like this on our desert. Beautiful colors, backgroumd amd composition.

Bonjour Haraprasan,
Le cadrage serré et l'angle de prise de vue valorisent bien le sujet pour l'appréciation de la finesse de ses détails mais un éclairage qui me semble un peu trop fort empêche de percevoir pleinement la délicatesse des couleurs.

Hi Haraprasan

I like the simplicity of the picture very much, just a flower and part of a leaf. The colours are superb, well highlighted by the background. The lighting, not easy with the white petals, is perfect, too.
