You should have presented this in vertical fashion.Sharpness needs to be tuned . well composed BG is good.Try going a bit nearer to the subject so u could get a well composed sharp image.

Good shot, nice BG, I like the position of the wings, when you shoot next time make sure the subject is not in the center( Most of the times and not always)

I love the subject- he's beautiful! Nice color and background is nicely blurred and undistracting. A little sharper focus would have been great (easier said than done on these quick creatures I'm sure). Cropping in a little tighter on the frame would help intimize it too. Thanks for sharing- I like your enthusiasm about your subjects.
