Hi Rathika
It seems to have its head cocked to one side and with wide open eyes have that look of pity while probably thinking, "Shame, she's working hard with that Nikon, so maybe I should give her a nice pose and just perhaps she will give me a mouse the eat". It is a great capture of this cute little owl.
The composition is fine with the branch running through the diagonal, the colours are splendid, the details are nice and sharp, the BG is great with the OOF tree providing an excellent natural backdrop and enhancing the little bird, and the exposure was well managed.

I think the answer to that must be yes :-) You certainly have his attention. A great shot, excellent exposure, great details and colours. Nicely framed too, normally out of focus leaves would be distracting but these work in your favour, they add to the framing of the owl. Great work.
