[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was Birdwatching with a friend at Uran near Mumbai. The place is a wintering & Staging ground for many species of waders & shore birds as there are extensive areas under saltpans & marshes. Standing on the road between two pans this bird flew directly towards us & i had a go.
Its a Little Egret ( Egretta grazetta) belonging to the heron family. a common bird from around Mumbai.
Cropped approximately 20%.
