[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little fellow sits on the same branch at the exact same spot each day, I took this picture from my fourth floor terrace just before sunset the picture quality isn't that great but as I lost almost all my pics today due to a virus I decided to post it anyways.
As to the name I am not sure. Can someone confirm it?????

Hi Pari,
This looks like the Black Drongo. The only similar one is the Ashy drongo but that has a greyish tone.

Hi Pari,

This is the fearless denizen of the birdworld, Black Drongo ( Dicrurus macrocercus, Grimmet et al). Earlier it was called Drongo or King crow ( Dicrurus adsimilis).

Looks like a drongo to me, but which kind?... fork tail makes it a good bet that your ID is correct...

Sorry that you lost your photos to a virus, but it looks like you will have plenty of opportunity for more.
