As Delhi Zoo it was winder visiter, don't get chance to shoot this bird,so was after this crane for 15 min.Seems it doesn't want to come out to give us full pose,so have to got this one.Liked the pretty long neck&red color.

Bird name is Sarus crane.

Hallo Radz!
You make very interesting photo. Your crane looks like a bride on the meadow in his white dress! Good job!

Belle prise de vue. Jolie composition en diagonale et belles couleurs

Technically a better shot than the previous cranes. The DOF is very impressive here. I would have liked to see some space below for the legs and feet even it is hidden by grasses. Besides this minor nit its a great capture, well done.

Wonderful shot Radz. Excellent POSE and DOF. I love the colours of the bird against the mellow background. Good work

Great shot!Beautiful bird in beautiful scenery.
Well done!:)

I really like this one. I think you've got the composition just right. The contrast with the mustard flowers and OOF background is very attractive. The bird is nice and sharp and in a good pose. The only minor nit is that the neck below the red band is slightly hot. Great shot.

I like the way the blurry foreground and background frame this crane. Great color and detail. Composition works well, and I for one, don't mind giving up the feet for this kind of well executed capture. Thank you for sharing it.

Hi Radz
These are beautiful birds, and endangered as far as I know, habitat destruction etc. Very nice to see one from the veldt. Try clonr tool, and get rid of hot whites on the neck. and you have a winner.
