Hi Ben.
Your delays become longer and longer. However, you are here with nice close-up picture. Really, very nice scene, amazing POV and excellent cropping. Colour palette id unusual and so beautiful as well as the great sharpness and details o the grasshoppers but the key point is perfect diagonal composition. Bravo and best wishes.

This is an impressive macro image of a Grasshopper looking at its face on the windscreen of your car. I would call it Narcissus Complex, not Oedipus.

You really made the bland colors of this grasshopper look outstanding. The POV is excellent. Razor sharp details and good reflection.

Interesting angle here, Ben. I think it works well. And the reflection is really a powerful addition. Great details, too. My only suggestion is to look back at the original and see if you have just a few more pixels you could add back to the top (to give some space to the top of his antenna).
