"Huaaaaahhhhh..... I'm so happy stay on this island, all my family and all my friends are dancing everyday here..."
That's what that monkey said, I guess.
They really enjoyed there, living their families without any destructive human being. Because they are living on a small island called "The monkey island". The island is on the huge Barito river 10km west to Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.
There's no village, no hunter allowed because our government confirmed there as a conservation centres.
I should wait for their best moment, and suddenly the big male yawning.... "well, this is the right time!!" |

Hello Bima,
Good shot at this monkey having fun as you put it. The picture could have been bigger as TN allows 200K or 800pix widest here. Keep shooting and sharing here. Try to get more info about the species that you posted - will do you good.
Well done and best regards,
Jusni
Hi Yasin,
I did some research and I think these monkeys are Long-tailed Macaques. You will find lots of information about the species on the internet, which would be worth including with your next monkey picture.
Good close up of the monkey, a nice pose and a good low pov. A little distraction in the background, namely the black object that appears to be going into the monkey's mouth, but apart from that a good posting.
