It's a Hornbill of some kind, although I'm having difficulty identifying which particular Hornbill it is. The only images that match on Google are from this bird park, and one in Malaysia - both just have "Hornbill" as an identification... There's a good head shot of it here if you're interested. Maybe someone from the region will have a better idea?
Compositionally you've captured this well, unfortunately your flash has overpowered the subject. Some cameras have the option to adjust the flash power, if yours doesn't a handy trick is to place a thin piece of white paper over the flash - it'll block some of the light. Anyway, thanks for sharing :-)
