Great shot! Outstanding DOF really makes butterfly stand out. Sharp focus and excellent details. Well managed exposure giving just the right light on subject. Nice background. This looks good in square format.

Outstanding shot of the common blue. Very neat and sharp details with nice colours. Prefcet lighting, focus, POV and DOF. I like its pose and the smooth BG which presents a nice contrast. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

so this is your common blue, a very nice picture wiht nice DOF.
The subject is well islolated from the BG.

Excellent capture of this butterfly!
I like the light appearance of it, it seems almost floating on the air, and just touching the dry flower.
It's very good the great aperture used to blur so beautifully the background.
I like also the composition made and the presentation used.

Hi Ben.
You have pictured a very nice scene. I like composition of the shot: alone flower with cute butterfly is looked excellently as well as the pictorial (simply amazing) BG. It is so interesting: only f/2.8 but DOF is very well. I don't know why but colours of the butterfly are not looked naturally. TFS and my best regards.
