Welcome back!
No this is not S. sanguinum, a European species. This is the Fiery Skimmer (Orthetrum villosovittatum), a species found in SE Asia and Australia. This is an excellent sharp capture taken from a great lateral POV and showing fine details and colours against an excellent OOF natural BG.
