Hello Yu, you caterpillar looks like a garden tiger moth, the fuzzy bits though are the
cocoons of some sort of ichneumon parasitic wasp which have emerged from the caterpillar the eggs having been inserted by the adult female wasp. the larvae then hatch and grow inside the cat. by eating the non vital bits until they ready to pupate when they burrow out at which point the caterpillar dies, and they spin their little cocoons attached to the body of their victim.
