This damselfly is called "Otsunen-tombo" in Japanese
To pass the winter by the imago, it is light brown like dead leaf.
In general, damselflies are called "ito-tombo" in Japanese. It means "a dragonfly like string". |

Hi Yasushi,
I have seen many images of damsel flies, but this one excels most of them. The fine details, the marvelous subdued light, the soft colours, perfect DOF etc. Congratulations. And a species is a first on TN !
Best regards
Dietrich
Hi Yasushi,
Very good picture of this damselfly, good light, colours and DOF.
Only determination is not correct in my opinion.
I think it's a female of Sympecma fusca.
