Hi friends,
Yellow-throated Bunting(Emberiza elegans) is a winter visitor in Japan.
It is 16 cm in long and crest get up sometimes.
Male has a characteristic black inverted triangle mark on breast, and a bright yellow eyebrow and throat.
On the other hand, this female is pale yellow and brown compared with male.

The picture is very contrasty because it is put in the sun against the dark background, so the exposure bias is about one-under.
