| we are now in sandakan in the memorial park. dedicated to the australians and malay people died under the japanese occupation during 1942 - 1945,a lso called dead march. from thousands of soldiers only 2 survived. there is a pond, full of white and pink water lillys and little turtles. I took many many pictures of these wonderful flowers. this is one of these. |
