Malaysian Blue Flycatcher (Cyornis turcosus)
This flycatcher is rather shy and was not uncommonly seen along the Kinabatangan River in Borneo.

Taken from a boat it was interesting to keep the whole thing steady enough to get a sharp photo.

What a beauty. This male is splendid with his bright deep blue throat. This is the first photo of this bird on TN. Congratulations!
Excellent frontal POV and pose. Splendid colours, composition and superb sharpness. Very nice OOF BG.
