[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Angiopteris angustifolia Pr.@Paku Raksaksa@ Paku Gajah

A fern that grows six to twenty feet high, the Paku Gajah or Elephant Fern can be found in most moist forests of Africa, Asia and the Pacific islands. Forest communities and traditional midwives use the fern to arrest the discharge of blood from a miscarriage. A poultice of the fern can help releive coughs. The Hawaiians have been known to steep the fern in coconut oil to make it fragrant.

Hello Foozi
I had never heard of ferns so tall! They are really curious. I think the Nature at Malaysia is impressive and amazing.
Thank you very much for sharing.
Greetings
Maite
