Correct me if i am wrong, i think its Common Darter, or Eastern Amberwing.
Its been quite a challange using Nikon Coolpix 3700 to capture this dragonfly this close. I learned some techniques through Practical Photography (Thanks to Ed), well before the sun could get to the dragonfly i already been there getting my position. As when the sun get through, they will be very active. so that's how i could get so close to them without scaring them perhaps.
Somehow this is the only species i manage to see anywhere near the pond (except damselfly). Last time i'm here, there were few species. Guess domination arised.
