[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This one's called Buffy Fish Owl.Some website called it as Ketupa Ketupu and some Bubo Ketupu.It's large eyes enable it to hunt in the night but sometime it does comes out during the day.
Habitat:In the woods,small creatures like rats and fishes is it's favorite food.
I tried to gather more info but unsuccessful.This is the best I can share.Took this photo with 70-300mm lens + 1.4 SP AF Tamron Tele-Converter.

A good close up of this intense looking bird.
I think it might have been slightly better taken from further back to include the rest of the beak and more of the 'eyebrows' and ears.
Nice colour and some good detail though.

Very beautiful close up. stunning detail and very warm colours.

Fantastic details throughout and the eyes are really intensed! The closeup here is really good but like Steve said, including the rest of the beak might be useful. I do have some pictures of buffy fish owls too if you want to check it out. :)
