[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Misty day on a bus trip, thru the Himalayas. A building boom in concrete buildings is causing havoc everywhere with rivers. Huge holes of sand and rocks are strip mined to break, and mix into concrete. This changes the river's bed, and is blamed as the cause of more landslides and flooding than normal. Tradtitional ancient homes (even World Heritage sites), of brick or adobe are being torn down for hotels, apartment buildings and houses made of concrete.

Hello Gloria,
The haze creates an unusual atmosphere!
Good lines in the composition, and I notice the quite low water level so I guess this is off rainy season...
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Gloria,
A beautiful scenery having the mystique mountains, river and thick forest. Nice composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.

having visited i had to choose nepal for a look
like this real image of the countryside and the river
the soft hills are well placed with the river going through the frame
change is not always good..
cheers
geof
