My butterfly freind

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This butterfly sat on my cup, and tested my Nepali tea, then bent to have a drink. When it's wings open, they are black on the other side with a white band on the bottom. Thank you Alan "acassidy" for the help in naming him! It is a male of a species called Tanaecia lepidea or The Grey Count. |

I love how the coffee color complements the moth wings. The white cup sets off the browns.
Hello Gloria,
I just found this in a Theme and thought you might like to know that it is a male of a species called Tanaecia lepidea or The Grey Count. I'm glad it came to see you in an unexpected way. Thanks.
Alan
