[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The butterfly first sat on my hand, then on my cup of Nepali tea, (sweet tea with spices). The tea is just a bit too far down to reach. The back of the butterfly is black with a white patterned edge. The under side of the wings have a brown, black and tan pattern, (yesterday's picture).It is a male of a species called Tanaecia lepidea. Than you alan "acassidy" for the help in naming him!
