Pheriche is terribly cold, Satish; I have trekked to the Everest BC thrice and know it. I stayed there on my first visit and avoided it in the next two; Dingboche on the other side of it is much better.
You have got the star streaks in this long exposure very well. The night vision of your camera has given the mountains the touch of moonscape and it looks good to me.

This is a very interesting shot! Very rare motive. The sky is a bit grainy. Have you tried using "smart blur" in CS2 here?
