[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Butterflies are elusive insects and at times very difficult to photograph. I got hold of this Peacock Pansy (Junonia almana)in July this year and took some shots quite hastily with my not-so-good camera but the experience was delightful. My friend across the border, Ram Thakur (ramthakur)Sahib (Nice to know you friend!) has given a detailed note, so I won't dare say more for that is a fine piece of scholarship which I appreciate a lot.

Hi Syed,
Another magnificent Junonia species,in Argentina we call mariposa pavo real (means peakock butterfly)to another Junonia species, you can compare in a recent pic in my gallery.
Very well taken with good close up and details seen on it. Impresive "eyes" in lower wings.
Regards
Hernán
