Wonderful capture of the bird in action. The plain blue background shows off the bird nicely and the image is beautifully sharp where it needs to be while the slight blur of the wings emphasizes their movement. TFS.

I have seen one Kingfisher during my last vacation but it was so far and so shy that I don't have a decent picture. This is an excellent in-flight capture, something not easy to do! Colors, details and exposure are so beautiful!
