Hello Zahoor,
A fantastic in-flight capture of a Blue-cheeked Bee-eater with a dragonfly prey in its beak. The sharpness and wing position are great, thanks to fine panning and timing and teh OOF natural BG contrasts well with the bird to show it off well.
Thanks for sharing this beauty,
Ivan

Hello Zahoor,
Maybe the shutter speed is a tad too long.
There are a long of good elements though: the overexposed setting delivers a good exposure, the in flight capture with the foodstuff, excellent POV,...

I love the bee eaters, which I have only become aware of here on TN. They are so beautiful. This is the first view I've seen taken from above. Nice panning. The insect adds a great touch.

Hello Zahoor Bhai, nice to meet you and I hope you'll be fine. This is an excellent shot and you have a fine camera with you. What matters most is the taste and a state of the art camera. You have got them both. Now the bird itself, it is not a Blue-Cheeked Bee-Eater as that is a European species. It is a Blue-Tailed Bee-Eater (M.philip pinus). I'll recommend to you to buy 'Collins Handguide to the Birds of the Indian Sub-Continent' as a field guide. I am really impresseed by your photography and the skill you possess to do it....warmest regards/Abid

Hello Zahoor,
This is like a dream to me. Wonderful! Great sharp photo of this Bee-eater in flight. The colourcontrast against the BG is amazing. Excellent pose and POV.

Peter

Zahoor,

One of the best Green-Bee eater images I have ever seen.
Simply Brilliant.
