| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Red-Vented Bulbul is a very familiar bird of Indo-Pak Sub-continent. It sings beautifully in the early mornings and its notes are always welcome just when one is waking up.I photographed this with my only Kodak 3X camera, you can well imagine, with great difficulty midst the many blossoms of bougainvillea and have never since felt disappointed about the shot. She is, in fact, not singing but protesting my approach to her nest in the boughs of bougainvillea. It was just past noon and the hot August sunlight can be guessed from the shadows and glare over the acacias in the background. |
