Hi Jing
This is probably a Dendrobium bigibbum var. alba and you should be glad it is not Phalaenopsis McLellans because that is a hybrid. Dendrobiums are highly hybridised flowers itself, but this one does seem to be a species.
Unfortunately I cannot see what settings were selected on your camera so I am limited in the advice I can give you and I can mostly just say what went wrong. It would be great (in future when you upload) to include as much camera or technical information as possible so that other people can either learn from you or give you advice. Without that information it is very difficult as one is really shooting in the dark. Almost as dark as your photo, except for the brilliant ray of light that burnt out the top part of the flowers on this inflorescence. The contrast between those flowers and the one on the bottom left was just too great for your camera to handle.
When you try to shoot orchids again, try and ensure a softer light or at least take care that the light are more uniform and not from one extreme of brightness to the other extreme of darkness.
Nice effort tough, TFS.
Regards
Loot
