Taken this picture during my vacation in my hometown last year but I dont have idea about its ID. It was early in the morning when I spotted this insect a bit too low to the ground (about 10cm). Center column base of my tripod was removed so that I can have a parallel composition and obtained the green background for this insect. Adding electra digital slave flash that was positioned 10'clock from the subject. Althought shots were experiments only but Im happy about its results.
Camera set-up
20D, T180mm, manual mode, manual focusing, f18, 1/6secs (mirror lock-up) with remote switch, flash 580EX with omnibounce diffuser, handheld slave flash (distance is experiment), ISO400, tripod mounted. |
