Hello Rommel,
I'm not sure I like the effect of the slow shutter speed in this image. I think I would prefer to see the rocks through the water. Slow shutter speeds on faster moving water can sometimes be effective though. I like the composition though and it is fun to see different techniques.

Hi Rommel,
I must agree with Evelynn on this one. In general I like the effect of the slow shutter speed with water. But keep as rule, that it can only be used to show viewers speed. So fast flowing water with a lot of white wash is the best.
