Hi Joel,

Good focus of this wasp and flower using your DMC-FZ20 macro. Vivid color of insect's abdomen.
The background green color is very grainy. I'm surprise that ISO 80 produce this. You must crop this picture heavily.
I don't know the ID of both.

Joel,
As Tabib said, you might cropped it heavily which resulted some noise in it. You can use Neat Image (which can be downloaded from INTERNET)to remove the noise,
Colors are very warming. The focus is also spot on. I will post a workshop for you, hope you won't mind
