I wanted to capture a turtle at eye level.
This guy was shy in front of the camera and tried to hide while I was positioning my camera perpendicular to the ground. I had no way of looking at the view finder since I would get my face on the dirt. I just clicked away and with a little bit of cropping I was able to get this nice portrait of my baby turtle. |

A nice portrait, I like it. Good composition/crop. I might have used a smaller aperture just to bring the leg into focus.
