This is an unusual spider for me. I've never seen another white spider before or after this shot. Maybe I just don't go nature tripping as much. To top it off, I never meant to photograph this white spider. It was just there when I was photographing this flower.

Hi AJ,
The same thing happened to me; I never saw the spider until really close in [in my shot it's yellow]
It is a Thomusus Onustus - a Crab Spider with highly developed powers of mimicry which you managed to manifest superbly in your shot.
