Hello Genesh,
A beautiful bird and a lovely portrait.
A great pose, lovely colours and nice detail.
Nice work,well done.
Best regards Siggi

Hi Gannu,
No, it is not an Accipitridae (a Raptor). This is something from Strigidae (i.e., an Owl). It looks to be an immature bird, and I suspect that it is either from genus Bubo, or from genus Ketupa (usually submerged in genus Bubo, but sometimes split and treated as a separate genus).

Hello Ganesh,
I agree with Steve. For me this is an immature Buffy Fish Owl, bubo ketupu. Very beautiful photo with a lot of expression. Good natural colours and details.
Regards,
Peter

Hello Ganesh,
You were lucky to find this juvenile Fish Owl!
A great close portrait taken from a fine POV with excellent sharpness against a contrasting OOF green BG.
I agree with Peter and Steve: this is a Buffy fish Owl, Ketupa ketupa.
TFS this fine image,
Ivan

Ciao Ganesh,

Hello Narayanan
very beautiful juvenile Fish Owl from the order Strigiformes. You are lucky to see it. There is a species of fish owl in Turkiye, Ketupa zeylonensis. It is very rare and I have never it in nature. Your shot is very nice. TFS, have a nice trip in Singapore.
