This Pelican seemed to pose for me as we were walking around one of Costa Rica's National Parks near their zoo.
Costa Rica's zoo is connected to a rain-forest, so many of the animals can enter and leave as they please, especially the birds. I'm sure they just come back for easy meals. |

Hello Bill
I guess your probably right about the easy meals..But that said this pelican really seems to have posed for you...but you took advantage of his pose to capture this really sharp well balanced picture of him.
