Singapore botanical garden is very beautiful with all its orchids and here you have succeeded with showing every detail of an orchid, almost as vivid as in nature!
I like the softness in the background.

I like the diagonal composition!
Close-up work is well done, intruguing details are well captured...
Those flowers never stop to amaze me, as they come in so many varieties... In spite this is a tropical flower in the origin we actually have two species growing wild in Norway...

Hello Niek,

With a photo of this nature you may want to change your PoV such that any difficulty in achieving a good DoF, where BOTH primary subjects are in focus, will be sufficient to provide detail and sharpness on both. I would also try to include all of the petals of both orchids.

The colours here ,maroon and purple, are awesome. Very natural. I like that!
