[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sea Hibiscus (Hibiscus tiliaceaus). The Sea Hibiscus is a beach forest tree. The flowers are bright yellow, large and showy. Though flowering occurs all year round, the flowers only last a day. You can see the flowers when they open in the morning. By evening, the flowers would have closed and the petals may have dropped off. This picture was taken in Pulau Ubin, on one of my swamp and beach trekking days.
