There were many dragonflies about over Sungei wetland and this lovely (Rhyothemis phyllis) was one of them.
It is widely distributed through SE Asia.

Splendid composition here with this really beautiful gragonfly!
I like the colors on its wings! They are great!
Nice sharp details and excellent positioning in the frame, as well!

The marking on the dragonfly looks familir to me. May be I have one in my file, have to check. Nice shot with vibrant colors. A fine picture to appreciate. TFS.

Excellent sharp shot of this beautiful dragonfly. I really like the angle from which you've taken this shot. Nice composition and ecxiting background. (Pity abouit the vertical grass in the background, but never mind!)

Me gusta la composición aquí Chris con un POV agradable, que muestra al insecto y su percha de una manera distinta... con buena iluminación y DOF.
El fondo es algo confuso pero no desmerece la estética de la presentación.

I like the composition here Chris with a pleasant POV that it shows to the insect and their hanger in a different way... with good illumination and DOF.
The background is something confused but non be unworthy of the aesthetics of the presentation.

Chris, maybe the shot could be a little bit sharper, but it's just an opinion.

I like composition and pov. Great shades of green all around, as wel as very nice pov.
