| Okay...this is the last photo I will post of my orb spider friend. After the rainstorm, she spun a brand new beautiful web. I tried to photograph it as well, but the placement and lighting weren't right. So I took another - and I think, the best - photo of her. I've named her Charlotte. I know, it's corny...but... she is such a nice spider to allow me to take so many photos of her. Her mate hasn't yet moved onto the new web, but is still in the other one that is still intact. I'm gaining a lot of interest in and respect for these wonderful spiders. |
